The GOA announces that the induction of the 2012 btach of Doctors of Optometry would take place at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons College in Accra  on 28th September 2012.

GOA wishes to announce to all eye health personnel and all Ghanaians that it has gotten the right to host the 2012 African Council of Optometry annual conference. The Ghana Optometric Association on Saturday 22nd October 2011 organized it third board exams for newly trained optometrists. The exam was conducted on KNUST campus for over 50 newly trained optometrists who had successfully undergone a one year internship programme at various accredited hospitals all over the country.

 

 

Notices

  • On the 23rd of September, 2011 Orczy System and Temple Computer Systems launched GOA's website. GOA would like to say a special thank you to all who made this dream a reality.
  • On Monday 10th October, 2011 Canada Opticals donated an amount of GHC2000 to the association to help in development of Optometry in Ghana. For this kind gesture, GOA would want to use this platform to thank the company and wish it well in all it does.
